- The help and support is top of the line. The is covered by a one-year limited warranty. We were also pleased that there are a variety of ways to contact the company if you find that you need a little troubleshooting help. You do have to join their online community to get email support, but it is completely free. You don't have to worry about being stuck because there are a variety of ways to get answers to your questions.

- There are only a few gamepads out there for PCs, fewer than you might imagine. While the other gamepads we reviewed had a lot to offer, there isn't much that can be said about the USB 2.0 Gamepad. The first thing to take note of is the fact that the software that comes with this PC game controller has been reported to contain multiple types of malware. The software is only needed to get the vibration feedback working, so it isn't necessary, but it's disconcerting that the software is infected. The gamepad will work like a mouse, allowing you to do basic desktop functions, but it doesn't work for all games.

- We mentioned earlier that this gamepad is wired. Though the cable length limits your sitting range, it also means that you don't have to provide batteries. Nothing is worse than realizing your PC game controller is dead and you have no spare batteries lying around. We do wish that the also worked devices and not just computers.

- Overall, the Final Fantasy XIV Controller is great when you use it for the Final Fantasy games. It isn't as good when it comes to other games. The cable is long enough that you don't have to have your nose pressed against the screen to play, and you won't have to worry about tearing the cord out of your computer if you're an animated gamer. The product support is comprehensive, though you probably won't need it. This device will work as an everyday gamepad, but it doesn't offer as many options when you switch from Final Fantasy to a different game.

- When you are looking for a gamepad, you might find the USB 2.0 Gamepad interesting. It doesn't haven't has many features as the other gamepads we reviewed. It comes with vibration feedback, but as we've mentioned, it requires installing additional software on your computer. That software often doesn't work and sometimes contains infected files. You can use the gamepad without installing the software, which is what we recommend. If you want to use the rumble pad, you really ought to make sure that you have updated antivirus software because you might need it.
