I really like the look of the watch and it really is resistant to abuse, however, because the protective resin of the watch overlaps the protrusion of the buttons, it makes the buttons difficult to press down. Also, the light button is integrated into the way time is set and adjusted, which makes it REALLY frustrating to adjust in the dark, because you cannot illuminate the display without making the time set change to the 24 hr system (from the 12 hr system).

Keep in mind this is my first G-Shock watch so I don't know if others have this same problem or if I'm just doing something wrong. If I am, please do not hesitate to let me know. As of now, my rating stands at 3 Stars. The design is nice and the packaging is slick, but it seems a bit more cumbersome to set up than other digital (and rather inexpensive) watches, though I admit have not had much need for the other functions of this watch.
